Concrete Laborer / General Laborer
Description:
Assist with all phases of concrete work including setup, pouring, finishing, and cleanup. Must be comfortable working outdoors and with power tools. Experience in construction preferred, but willing to train reliable and hardworking individuals.

Form Setter
Description:
Install and set up wood and metal forms to shape concrete according to blueprints and specifications. Must be able to measure, cut, and assemble formwork with accuracy and efficiency. Experience with residential or commercial concrete work preferred.
Requirements:

Basic carpentry or form setting experience

Ability to read measurements and use hand tools

Must be physically fit and able to bend, kneel, and lift materials

Team player with a focus on safety

Ability to follow plans and layouts accurately
Concrete Finisher
Description:
Responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete on various surfaces such as driveways, patios, sidewalks, and floors. Must have experience using hand tools, power trowels, and other finishing equipment. Attention to detail is a must.
Requirements:

3+ year of concrete finishing experience required

Proficient with tools like floats, trowels, screeds, and power trowels

Must understand curing, edging, and finishing techniques
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet finish specs

Reliable transportation to job sites
Trailer Driver / Equipment Hauler
Description:
Operate and transport 16-ft trailers to haul materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and experience with trailer hauling. Knowledge of loading, securing, and unloading materials safely required.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

CDL Class A License

Experience towing and backing trailers safely

Must know how to load and secure equipment/materials

Punctual and able to meet delivery schedules

Good communication and organization skills
Site Foreman / Crew Leader
Description:
Oversee daily operations on job sites, manage crew members, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Must have leadership experience in concrete construction and the ability to read plans and communicate with clients or subcontractors.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in concrete construction

Previous leadership or crew management experience

Ability to read blueprints and layouts

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must lead by example and enforce safety practices
Playground Installer (Optional Role if Applicable)
Description:
Install playground equipment safely and efficiently for residential and commercial clients. Must be able to work with tools, pour and finish concrete pads, and follow safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
